Our Founders
At Allen & Courage Freight Services (ACF), our strength lies in the dedication and experience of our people. The company was built by professionals who understand every aspect of customs clearing and freight logistics — from documentation to delivery.
Our founders lead by example, combining over 30 years of collective industry experience with a shared vision of efficiency, integrity, and client satisfaction. Together with our skilled operations team across Harare, Beitbridge, and Chirundu, they ensure every shipment is handled with precision, compliance, and care.
Allen Kutyauripo — Co‑Founder / Director
llen is the co‑founder and director of ACF. He has been in the industry for 17 years and is passionate about growing the business far beyond.

Started career at Airfreight in 2008, later joined ACM Clearing where he rose through the ranks to Operations Manager.

Resigned in 2015 from ACM Clearing and co‑founded ACF.

Holder of a Customs Legislation Procedures Diploma.
Courage Nyamutamba — Co‑Founder / Managing Director
Courage has 15 years of experience in the customs clearing industry, having joined Crystal Clearing Company in 2009. He subsequently rose through the ranks and was promoted to Operations Manager.
- Left Crystal Company to join Express Cargo Clearing as Operations Manager in 2012.
- Worked with Express, promoted to Operations Director in 2013, and subsequently left to establish Allen and Courage Freight.
- Holder of a Diploma in Customs Clearing, Shipping, and Forwarding Management, and a Certificate in Logistics and Transport Management.
- Currently studying towards a Diploma in Transport & Logistics.
